seagullI thought today, how as you get older, your younger, energetic, goofy, vital self is encased in your slowing body and becomes almost invisible to those who meet you now, unless you practice sharing it through your body and face–you have to practice being yourself. When you’re young, there’s no need to practice: your body and thoughts seem to be one.
